Discuss the suspension job before buying parts
If you need shocks or struts replaced, or are unsure what is causing a ride concern, send the vehicle details and symptoms. Mobile suitability depends on the suspension design, required equipment and safe access. Ask whether follow-up work at another facility will be needed; a mobile repair quote should not be assumed to include an alignment.
Tell us when the noise or movement happens
A clunk over bumps, extra bouncing, uneven tire wear or a change in handling can have more than one explanation. Describe the road conditions and where you notice the problem. Tell us whether it began after an impact, tire change or previous repair. An observation is a starting point, not proof that a specific suspension part has failed.
The vehicle determines the job
Suspension designs and access vary. Include the year, make and model, plus any lift kit, lowered suspension or other modification. We will review the concern and whether the proposed work is practical on-site. Do not order a pair of parts based only on the side where a noise seems loudest.
Account for follow-up needs
Some suspension work may need an alignment or other work at a suitably equipped facility. Ask what is included in the quote and what would need to happen elsewhere. If handling feels unstable or a wheel appears displaced, stop using the vehicle until it can be assessed safely.
Common questions
Are alignment services included?
Do not assume so. Ask about alignment and other follow-up needs when discussing the specific repair.
Can every suspension repair be done in a driveway?
No. The vehicle, required equipment, work area and repair scope determine whether mobile service is appropriate.
How do I request service and check availability?
Call (417) 693-8583 or send your vehicle, location and concern through the Shopmonkey quote form. Confirm availability and the appointment directly with Cupp; a submitted request is not a confirmed booking.
